Todd E. McElhatton

Todd E. McElhatton is Chief Financial Officer of Zuora, Inc., an NYSE-listed, cloud-based subscription management software company, a position he has held since June 2020. Prior to joining Zuora, Mr. McElhatton held various roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Cloud Business Group at SAP SE, a multinational software company, from June 2018 to June 2020, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SAP North America from February 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hybrid Cloud at VMware, a virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions company, from August 2014 to February 2017. Previously, he was Vice President of Oracle’s Cloud Services and Chief Financial Officer of Managed Services at Hewlett Packard. He joined our board in 2022.
