Teradata Support for Vantage on VMwareにアクセスするには、サイトIDとTeradata Supportアカウントが必要です。 VMwareサイトIDとVMware向けのTeradata Supportアカウントを既にお持ちの場合は、Teradata Accessにログインしてください。

注：Teradata Vantage on VMware以外のサイトのTeradata Supportアカウントをお持ちの場合は、Teradata向けのVMwareアカウントを既存のTeradata Supportログイン（電子メール）に登録する必要があります。 その後、アカウントをリンクすることができます。

Step 1: Personal information

Step 2: VMware Information

Entitlement ID license code, for example a8bc5b19-eddb-412e-bc03-fc0216f64f31

Step 3: Teradata Managed Services

Examples: "Only US citizens on US soil can provide support to us,” or "Remote access to Teradata nodes for troubleshooting is not allowed.”

Step 4: Create your site ID

Create your own site ID by entering 5 to 9 alphanumeric characters which will follow the preset letters "VMWTDB". Special characters and spaces are not allowed. This field is NOT case sensitive
Example: Bank of Smith might choose: "VMWTDBBosProd2"

Step 5: Registering additional site IDs (if needed)

Step 6: Other Teradata site IDs associated with VMware Entitlement ID

Step 7: Add comments or special instructions in the space provided
